Crypto exchange Coinbase now offers DAI stablecoin support which is Ethereum-based. The announcement was made on December 6th.
DAI is the first stablecoin to be included after the launch of the card in April 2019. UK and EU users can now spend the crypto they have in their accounts with Coinbase. Other tokens were added in November, including Stellar, Brave, Ox and Augur. It also provides support for Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin, Ether and Litecoin. Users can spend their coins as easily as they spend cash. It is expected that the card will be even more popular during the holiday season.
The card expanded in ten European countries, which now is used in 20 countries. This includes Bulgaria, Denmark, Croatia, Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Poland and Sweden.
