On October 17, 2014 the Sheraton Palace Hotel Moscow held the Begin EMBA Fair – one of the leading education events in Russia especially organized for executives. Unlike the usual MBA fairs, it was oriented toward the more experienced participants and showcased the most relevant programs for their further career prospects.
The current rapid economic growth requires companies to hire specialists capable to fit in the changing demands of the market. Expanding to new markets also requires employees to have a higher level of knowledge and international standard skills. Therefore, Begin EMBA Fair gathered under one roof a big variety of global programs to choose from: Global Executive MBA programs, Non-degree Open-Enrollment Executive programs, as well as Modular and Blended Learning Business Education Programs. The list of exhibitors included: Duke, INSEAD, WU Executive Academy, Henley Business School, IE Business School, Vlerick Business School, Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Stockholm School of Economics, University of St. Gallen, Plekhanov Russian Economic University, and others.
Begin EMBA Fair was an exclusive opportunity to:
- Get personal consultations from the university representatives and admissions officers about study options, admission requirements and scholarship options;
- Network with HR specialists, Russian and foreign company top managers, as well as the recent Executive MBA graduates;
- Listen to presentations and master classes of the leading business schools.
The presentation “Project Management in Global Change” drew the attention of many participants. It was made by IIPAM RANERA – the Russian innovative educational center, which trains a new generation of top executive administrative personnel and management elite for the federal and municipal administration and work in the corporate sector. Ana Shell Media Press had an opportunity to interview its speaker Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Tatiana Yurieva and get to know more about the program she was introducing. Being the head of the managements department, Tatiana invited fair participants to join the program “Management of projects and programs.”
Graduates of the program earn the Master`s degree in “State and Municipal Management,” having deep knowledge of the theory of state and municipal government, economics and management, law and project management methodology. The studies are based on the Russian and international standards and are suitable for local and foreign students wishing to launch a successful career in project activities in the federal and regional authorities, local authorities, state and municipal agencies, public corporations and business structures.
Project Management is a highly reputable and relevant professional activity. Its basic principles and tools are widely used both in private and public sectors of economy. No wonder that these education programs are in high demand.
